  5.  @Fluxwux  Kazan is Tatarstan!! It is historically Muslim! Maybe you should make up your mind? Whether Russia is a terrible tyrany that suppresses locals everywhere and doesn't let them keep their culture or maybe it is multicultural country where everyone is free to believe what he wants?

And my friend just recently got a permit for a rifle. No 5 years wait. Some documents, medical, they check your history, you go through a special school and get a safe to keep it. that's all/ But seeing how often someone comes and shoots kids in schools in your countries- I don't think mass gun owning is a good idea. Nothing America promotes is ever a good idea
