Theн do live on their own terms, have wide autonomy, keep their traditions, their religion well preserved and nobody prohibits them to do so. Grozny was built up with the help of Russia and is a very beautiful city now. I recommend you find a real Chechen who lives there, and ask if they really want to leave. Russia is protection that they are not able to provide themselves. Not everyone wants to be independent. The dude just speculates on a popular stereotype and tries to stir up ethnic hatred.
