Afganistan was a bit similar to current Ukraine where US didn't lead actual military action but supported mujahideens with weapons and training, using the country as a proxy to fight USSR. So you can pretend it was not directly involved but in reality it was. Lying is bad, did your mama tell you that? The loses of Afganistan in that war are about 90 000, which is a lot, but very far from 1 mln. And of course USSR never did any mass execution of civilians, that's just a shameless lie/ And USSR unlike US was not just fighting there but also building roads, schools and hospitals. Chechnya was NOT annexed. You don't even seem to know what that word means. Chechnya was joined to Russia in 1859 as the result of military victory. Have you ever opened a history book actually?
