Although I do hope Russia helped the republics to fight criminal Kiev regime which was killing people and children non stop for 8 years and all of you just looked away while you could have stopped it as Putin was trying make you do. Follow signed agreement- it is too much to ask of you? Didn't the west also provide training and military eqipment to Kiev all that time? As for Budapest, maybe you want to actually read it first
