The use of that thumbnail along with the thinly veiled implication of what you're really trying to talk about are a choice. Unfortunately they're the wrong choice. Cults are real, but to even allude to Trump supporters being part of a cult is just downright evil, gaslighting at its worst. Those on the left abandoned science years ago in favor of whatever gets them the most power and with every major institution backing your insane ideology, there's certainly no fighting it. Every legal avenue of fighting back is now out the window, and there's simply no resolving that conflict without either complete abandonment of the planet by one side, or completely eradicating one side. Since those on the right have morals, unlike those on the left, I think we know which side is more likely to do the eradicating, and it's already begun with them using the government as their toadies.
