I don't know what political commentators you watch, but the ones I watch have been speculating that Trump would aim for getting some sort of payback from Ukraine, and it makes perfect sense that he should. We never should have spent a dime on them, but we also shouldn't have had Biden in any position of power. He sold out Ukraine and his weakness is what allowed Russia to make the move they've made. Love him or hate him, but Trump's foreign policy was significantly better than Biden's and if they hadn't rigged the election we never would have seen an invasion.
