  2.  @johnmullholand2044  Legislature doesn't refer to any level at all. Congress is the legislative branch. So yeah, you need to go back to civics class.

  3. I find it difficult to believe that he was actually genuinely elected by the people. There has to be rampant cheating on their side, people just can't have gotten this stupid that they would elect someone like that. He doesn't even realize that congress is the legislature. Every politician should be required to take a civics class and pass it with at least 95% to even be up for election.
