Not that anyone except the bots will read this post, but they should really think twice before enacting such policies as this will drive more underground. What's more dangerous than someone you don't even know is coming?

@nerblebun And then you have banks that refuse to apply the extra, stick it into their coffers and at the end of the year send it back in the form of a check for the exact amount over you went. If it's not illegal it should be, but who's going to successfully sue them when the people trying to get ahead in this way are already poor and can't afford a lawyer. By the sounds of your loan amount this was years ago, but judging from my parents experience, they don't allow that anymore.
