I'm inclined to say that he is innocent, of all the charges. For starters, the NFA is unconstitutional, so any attempt to enforce it, is as well. So regardless of whether it's entrapment or not, and it obviously was here, no charges should have ever been brought against him. The AFT should be abolished along with the IRS. Moves by the government in the past 40 years show that the majority of federal agents and politicians are tyrannical, and to not mince words, evil.
