  3. I'll say it again since my comment apparently got filtered, but you can 100% bet that it's incompetence on the part of their programmers, not maliciousness. You can tell because it was so easily discovered. If they were malicious it would've been somewhat hidden so that they could take advantage of it, by selling the information for how to violate security to third parties, potentially foreign governments.
