@blueguy5588 In the case of Theranos, definitely stupidity. But in the case of FTX, it's only the ones who lost money. There are those that gained from this and promoted it to others, and they are most definitely in on it.

@blueguy5588 I think you're right about most of that, but didn't quite stick the landing. They weren't "had", they were part of it and are claiming they were tricked to escape culpability. If this guy goes to prison, which is a really huge if, he'll be Epsteined to prevent a leak of evidence.
