@charleshines1553 Nah, JS is a bad language, as are Rust, Go, C# and its parent Java. It's also misused by billions worldwide. Eventually Rust will be misused by billions because no one listens to me, but the statement that JS users rewrite everything, that's where it really belongs. Why use perfectly functioning, fully debugged, fast, low memory footprint programs when you can rewrite it in Rust.

In so far as it slows them down, it works, but it doesn't prevent them. You can still mass create email accounts and verify all day long with automation. It's just an extra step that maybe cuts their "productivity" in half.

I couldn't get the video to play through the browser at all, just more FF bashing by YT as they still refuse to let me have 1080p. Chromium based browsers on the other hand get all kinds of options and no other site seems to treat FF like a second class citizen. In other words, I haven't found a single other site that has 1080p and prevents me from selecting that option.

@dayvie9517 That's like saying I prefer this slightly smaller tumor in a really abrasive and awkward spot because it's not as abrasive as this slightly larger tumor. They're all bad. Use a good language instead.
