  1. Especially when you consider that they don't ever lower the price. Tiny revisions that are nothing more than typo corrections will have them arguing that edition 10 of some obscure book warrants keeping the price at $150.

  3. Textbooks are the second biggest scam in the education industry and a huge part of why I advocate for no one getting a college degree, except doctors and other medical professionals who really don't have a choice.
