  1. I never noticed when Dolphin got tabs and I still don't care. I mostly only use tabs with Firefox and Vim. If I need multiple folders open at the same time for any reason, I could either open Dolphin, or open a new tab in my terminal, or just do what I usually do: foo=`pwd`; cd bar; mv [a-z]* $foo/baz # or something along those lines.
