In Texas it's actually better to start in the late afternoon and smoke it overnight. Though it requires you to stay up all night, so that method isn't for everyone. As for brisket sandwiches, I would've added cheese on both sides of the bun after having toasted and buttered the bun.

I want the house that is in that game, and if it's a real house they based it off of I want to move there. Of course, the existence and popularity of such games prove that humanity is doomed as people would rather play at life through a simulator than actually experience it for themselves. Building a city in a simulator makes sense because not everyone can do it for real, but making a pizza is something that literally everyone can do.

I don't like non-stick pans precisely because I know the coating comes off in your food. Even though it's a tiny amount, it's continuous.

I'm pretty sure you missed a couple of ingredients. There's supposed to be some dead pig and dead cow in that. And while it's non-traditional, I wouldn't be opposed to a couple of sprinkles of rosemary.

Do you watch Kentucky Ballistics? He also hates eggplant, and I just don't get it. I love eggplant, especially in a parmigiano. Which would be a good recipe for you to do next.

I like that, but I would definitely use rosemary. I used to have a little one in a pot, but somehow it got lost in the move.
