If bees disappear it's not like we couldn't get out there with a tiny brush and pollinate flowers ourselves, but micro-drones that fit in the palm of your hand already exist and could be controlled remotely by a program, even a whole fleet of them, outfitted with tiny brushes would work. It's not like we need a nano-drone to do the job. Also, with asymmetrical rotor blades they can be made much quieter and thus there'd be no intrusive noises in the garden. Base station could be powered by a solar panel or two and recharge the batteries in the micro-drones. We already have all the technology we could possibly need to get it done.
