  4. Personally, I think that was one of your best videos and totally worth $20k. If only companies respected our rights to free speech. I'm sure people will disagree with this, the courts certainly have, but I think the constitution does apply to them too. After all, there are parts of the BoR's that the courts have definitely backed up as applying to them even without a corresponding law to push that restriction on them, and I feel like the correct interpretation of our laws would concede that all of them should apply to companies. You wouldn't concede a right to life just because it was a company taking it, so why would you with your right to free speech, your right to keep and bear arms or your right to privacy and protection from unreasonable search and seizure.

  7. Agreed, if you're not in prison you have every right to own a gun. Once you're out of prison that right should be restored. The only argument would be whether they should be in prison, and if they're guilty of the crime they're accused of and haven't served their time, then they should be, but once they've paid restitution for their crimes they should be free like everyone else.

  10. The fact that they call them buybacks makes me so unbelievably sad and angry. They're not buying anything back. At best they're gauging how easy it is to just steal our rights and how complacent people will be. If you're willing to sell your rights for a few dollars they figure they can just take them for free.

  26. Those are good looking guns, but I'd rather make my own gun and not have to deal with black powder. Which probably sounds odd considering I advocate for everyone to learn how to reload their own ammunition. I suppose it's just a matter of speed if you're ever in need of rapid use of your firearm.

  30. Can't upvote more than once, so I'll just say 10 out of 10 stars. If only we didn't have all the unconstitutional laws relating to guns as well as government organizations like the "AFT". The NFA and the GCA should be wiped off the books and the AFT disbanded. The only reasonable legislation relating to gun manufacturers other than what every other manufacturer has to follow would be putting a serial number on the barrel. Nowhere else on the gun would make any sense and for no one but professional manufacturers would such laws make sense.
