  1. Even if they do, they'll probably rename it. Might not matter to most, but it annoys me when a project has a good name and the original maintainer quits or worse, and then others come along, fork it and change the name and logos and everything.

  5. I autohide my panel. Can't remember the last time I had to click on it. Nearly everything is a shortcut key for me. If only there were a good vim-like interface web browser. I know they have extensions for FireFox to give you vim-ish controls, but they're not that good.
