  1. When you say chrome, do you mean the browser Chrome or the user interface decorations which the browser was named for? In either case, does this affect Firefox as well? Is this part of the standard for CSS or is it specific to the Chromium and/or Chrome source code? Regardless of whether you answer and/or how you answer, I'll keep saying that HTML/CSS/JS need to be wiped clean and a new standard needs to be devised for the internet.
