I disagree that it was worth it. They only took as long as they did to stonewall you, and the same goes for those that don't even respond at all. I would suggest filing a lawsuit of some kind, but we all know how that would go, so it's not worth the money. Pretty soon, there will be only one recourse for taking care of this kind of evil, and I hate that they're pushing us in that direction.
