  1. As a developer, I certainly agree with this mindset. The idea of having pay what you want sounds good to me, and might encourage closed source developers to migrate, possibly get really into open source. I'd love a future where everyone uses open source, and knows it, regardless of the platform they're on. Especially games, if every game was open source, that would be spectacular.
