  1. I use a DE, so it works for me, but I also have only ever seen it prompt me once. Unless sudo uses it, then it prompts me every time I use sudo, but I've never bothered to figure out how sudo works.

  2. Can't you just edit the shell script so you don't have to do that?

  3.  @omfgbunder2008  Might be time to write some shell script then. Will make things a lot easier in the future and you could even setup shortcuts to it from everywhere.

  4.  @omfgbunder2008  Cool. That's what groups are for, segregating processes so nothing interferes with anything else and to keep you from needing to get root permissions.
