For me, it's Vim with global clipboard functionality enabled. For some reason, I've had to build my own copy of Vim on every system because none of the packagers seem to want to enable that functionality. If I don't count FlatPaks or any of the programs I haven't yet reinstalled, then I've got 7 packages fewer than you installed. Apparently neofetch counts FlatPaks and I've got 14 of those installed already. I guess I've gone a bit crazy installing them now that I finally can, but it's just so easy. As for what you use dmenu for, KDE has enough assignable actions that I've got a shortcut key for everything I use on a daily basis. I use Konsole, which they've apparently fixed that wonky scroll bug now, and Audacious for music on the rare occasion that I listen to it, Okular for PDF viewing, and of course FireFox for web browsing et al.
