The fact that certain people keep throwing hissy fits and refuse to do the bare minimum of work in one arena, despite doing an insane amount of work in another arena, which clearly proves they're not refusing due to laziness, kind of tells me that it's all ideologically motivated garbage. The fact that these people post such bullshit on social media as to basically say they want to eradicate people that are sane, tells me they shouldn't be entrusted with any kind of authority on any major project. The fact that you don't see their insanity is kind of sad. Would you forgive the drunk who crashes your parties every time you throw them and yells and screams at all your guests then upends a couple of tables merely because they make good art?
