  1. Yeah, it's easier to just call it AI than what it really is, and since humans will never actually create AGI, I suppose it doesn't matter. The technology that exists now is sufficient for humanity to destroy itself and rest assured that it will, it's just a matter of time before someone figures out how to put the pieces together who really wants to do it.
