My take is that no website should be blocked. Free speech should reign supreme. Far too many people fear that, and they shouldn't. Yes, there will be people who do disgusting things, but they should only be stopped if it harms others.

@dragonridertechnologies Personally, I'd like to see copyright law taken back to 1791 and cut off at 14 years. In general when people pirate they would never have paid for it anyway, but in cases where piracy genuinely harms a company's bottom line then I'd say shut it down. However, archivists, preservationists, and others of their ilk, should be allowed to save everything. The DMCA should be repealed along with most of our IP laws over the past 200 years. And there should be some kind of punishment for companies that treat content like a disposable wipe.
