  1. I feel sorry for that poor guy, he obviously has a mental disability and you're making fun of him. I also feel sorry for Elon, he's a dreamer, he has grand ideas, he just doesn't know how to actualize them. It's not an entirely bad idea to add roads by digging holes, it's just highly impractical. It'd be easier to build bridges and put new roads over the old roads.
