@TacticsTechniquesandProcedures There is a difference between fair use and outright infringement, though. Most I've seen are not infringing, but still get strikes.

@otm646 Money isn't the only thing that people can be greedy with. In YouTube's case, like with most, if not all, on the left, it's about control. They are greedy with their desire to control you and everything you do. That greed is what drives them. They have plenty of money from their parent company, and they make plenty of money doing business.

@Those_Weirdos True, and judges aren't always very discerning, and juries almost never are, but it is still validly legal.
