  1. Hopefully no one tries to put out another "smart" gun, but if they do, I hope someone sues the snot out of New Jersey for that unconstitutional law.

  2. The problem with "smart" gun tech is that if it's simple enough to not prevent the user from using it when needed then it's simple enough that a thief can easily make it work for them. And if it's complex enough that a thief can't make it work for them, then it'll prevent the authorized user from using it to defend either their life or others lives in adverse conditions, even if it's just one time, and be completely useless. There is no perfect solution, but the solution which allows the owner to use their gun without impediment and protect people from harm most easily is the best.
