  1. Either I missed the first one or I just forgot it, but that's a neat, weird mechanism. Flapper delayed instead of roller delayed, who would have thought.

  2.  @Njazmo  Not hard to imagine. Digital design tools have gotten so good, but also because most things are all digital it's made it so much easier to just throw away all the prior work you've done on a project.
