  1. If Nintendo aided in game preservation instead of trying to sue it away, then the world would be a better place and they'd be making more money. Consider if they had an online store and sold legal roms for every single game they had and allowed you to use any emulator of your choice to play them. People would buy the games instead of pirating them, if it were easier to do.
