  6. I am genuinely afraid for the future of humanity. More people need to wake up to reality and quick before JP's satire becomes reality. As it stands now, things are dangerously close to the point of everyone on the right being branded and carted off to the camps and ovens.

It's only gotten more and more insane as time has gone on, and I think a lot of it has to do with UT. All the liberal arts professors and most of the students in general are just nuts. And for anyone talking about other cities, while they might not be as bad, they're still going that way. Get out of the city while you can and find a nice patch of open space. Loads of deer where I live now, gonna be fun times.

  32. The sad thing is, it's not just this country, it's nearly all of them now. If humanity lives through these times and doesn't have to start from scratch on technology and whatnot, I'd imagine that they'll look back on this time as the era of stupidity and insanity. However, the odds on humanity living through this are pretty slim. I'd bet on it, only if I'm right I won't win anything anyway.

  36. I think the "journalists" you quoted on that girl's age were wrong about how old she was. His twit said 14 in may of 2021, so even if she had her birthday after that date, she'd still max out at 16, and she might very well have only been 15. That is to say that it's worse. Of course, the possibility that a Demonrat doesn't know the actual age of his own child is a possibility here, and the fact that he was willing to experiment on her proves he didn't really care that much about her and thus it's entirely likely.

  37. I think the thing which stops me the most is whether or not the action I could take would be good or bad. If I do X, will I be justified in doing so, or have I become the thing I fight against. Not knowing the difference is why instead I think I'm just going to leave humanity behind and hope that if I ever come back you guys haven't destroyed yourselves.

Though, truthfully, we don't need truly sentient AI and shouldn't be aiming for such a thing anyway, especially in a disembodied box.

You could make an attempt at it without any funding, but you won't achieve anything without the hardware to back it up. Once the hardware to get there is cheap enough, it might be possible, but not the way society is going. The average intelligence of everyone keeps going down. If Biden gets reelected, I'm going to lose all faith in humanity.

  56. It's scary that I've been seeing the trends for years and wondering when all of this would come to fruition. I had hoped I wouldn't still be alive when it all started happening. I had hoped I would have died of old age. But it looks like I'm going to die by acute lead poisoning, probably in my back, and multiple times and it'll still be declared a suicide. The left has lost their mind and we're unfortunately bearing witness to this culmination.
