  1. Will he get away with it? Well, yeah. Most of our prosecutors in this country are leftist douchenozzles. They don't prosecute people for easily investigated blatant abuses of power and corruption. But they will go after you if you violate the AFT's completely nonsensical rules that aren't valid law and should be ignored because the second amendment exists.
