It's called cognitive dissonance. Keeping two completely contrary concepts in your head as the way the world works. And I don't just mean that they're sort of contrary, I mean if one is true the other absolutely can not be true, yet they still believe both.

I like your RoboCop themed shirt, but that's Detroit, not Chicago. What's really cool though, I recently found out that RoboCop was filmed in Dallas. It'd be really funny if you wore a shirt showing the Dallas skyline when you talked about Chicago, I dare you to do it.

I'm 9 days behind in watching my subs, yet I deliberately made sure I caught this one because I knew it would be funny. However, some of the comments are even funnier still. These aren't even really things you were wrong about, yet you have clowns saying you were flagrantly lying multiple times. Leftism really is a mental disorder and we need to bring back asylums to make an attempt at curing it.

You and Ana are both only partially correct. Where I live I see massive quantities of apartment complexes going up. For miles in every direction, rental units with no option to buy them. However, that's not all that's going up, and I also see massive quantities of subdivisions with 100's if not 1000's of houses all for sale. The problem is quite obviously not supply and demand, it's supply that people want. I want to live by a beach, but there's nothing in my price range. I'm sure there's a lot of people like that everywhere because I see houses on the market for years that no one buys. Hell, I've got empty houses around me in the same neighborhood that have been unoccupied for 5 or so years. That doesn't happen when there's no supply nor demand.

Sean, are you starting to get what's happening? These "people", who I'm not sure I should even accuse of being human, they put forth nothing but disingenuous arguments and never listen to anything that anyone says who disagree with their narrative. They are mostly just evil people that want to manipulate others, but some are just sheep that follow the leaders. There is no getting through to them anymore, the brainwashing has fully taken hold on the left. There are only two actions we can take to alleviate the problem, and neither of them is one that we're going to take. Humanity will not survive this impending collapse, unless those of us practicing sanity take action.

Years ago when I first started watching YT I actually watched DeFranco, but after he lied multiple times about conservatives, I just couldn't go back. I watched a video sometime last year and was absolutely disgusted with how many lies he was telling and the people in his comments actually ate it up. So yeah, I'm not surprised if he's reporting on this that he'd lie about it. Although, that's par for the course with the MSM as well and I'd not heard any of the salient details of this case from them either. The way his story has been presented you'd think there's zero evidence against him. Absolutely sickening lack of journalistic integrity these days from anyone on the left.

I too am never wrong, and even when I am and have to correct myself, both things I said were always right. I also try to be moderate, and despite Ana having the exact opposite political stance as me, I still think she's hot.

It's weird how we can tell almost immediately when someone isn't genuine about this kind of thing. There's just this vibe that such people put off and she reeks of it. The dates of activity for those social media accounts is just icing on the cake.

While I can agree a crime has occurred, what that crime is, is where we disagree. I believe the only crime the guilty party should be charged with, if it wasn't her, is vandalism. The hate crime designation only stirs up more racial tensions and makes things worse, but more than that, it's an infringement on our right to free speech. While I disagree with the sentiment of the message, I believe they have every right to express it as long as it's not through the medium of vandalism. If they made an online post or yelled it into a megaphone, then they'd be a shithead, but I'd argue that it's their right to tell the world what a dick they are. If on the other hand it comes out that she's committing fraud by claiming a crime has occurred that hasn't, then she should be charged with that, which would be wholly different from vandalism, since it's her own property, or that of a hate crime, which is a designation that shouldn't exist. But let's face facts, if anyone can see this, and if they respond, those responses will be hateful because no one ever has a nuanced, i.e. fair and balanced, viewpoint anymore.

I sincerely hope that every grocery store that can afford to move does so out of the city as soon as possible. It's very telling that the year they first attempted to pass such an ordinance was in 1984 and the fact that they keep trying proves how braindead they are as well as the people that keep voting for these evil scumbags.

The sad thing is, both sides are correct. Minimum wage increases cause price increases and a loss of jobs, but these companies are still also definitely greedy. Consider that they still make billions in profit, at least the big chains do, and yet they keep raising the prices over and over again even between wage increases. In other words, two things can be true at once and they are indeed here.

Well, the town is called "Dolt"-on. Sure, they attempted to recall her and were it not for a corrupt judge would have succeeded, but you know they didn't get to know a single thing about her before they elected her. Sure, they could say no, go home and get a failing grade for whatever came up that day, or they could hold it until they got home and have a big fat UTI, or they could just go right there in class and be punished. Quite frankly, people like this are evil and they shouldn't be allowed around children.

I can't help but wonder if they asked her to remove it and she rejected that remedy which subsequently led to the firing. Maybe they moved straight to firing, I don't know, but I doubt that. If I was her boss, even I wouldn't go straight for firing over something like this, but I can't fault them even if that's how things went down.

It's not illegal to take money from foreign nationals, nor should it be. Also, why in the hell does the US government have any say over whether citizens of another country register with them for anything when they're not even subject to the jurisdiction of the US.

Even though the opposite has happened time and time again, I keep hearing reporters talking about this saying that the courts have backed up forced arbitration before. And while there have been cases where they found it to be binding, in cases where their arbitration clause breaks existing law or is contrary to common sense, the courts have definitely not backed up the corporations. However, in this current day time of leftism having taken over just about everything, including infesting our legal system, it's more than possible that they'll back up the billion dollar corporation when they are definitely at fault. Which reminds me that Disney even tried to claim that the restaurant isn't actually associated with them and that they're just landlords. Truly despicable.

I don't agree that nostalgia by itself is necessarily a bad thing, but definitely a lot of people my age and your age do seem to have a lot of excuses to not grow up. I look at nostalgia as a yearning for a better time which we're no longer a part of. The original X-Men cartoon was great, but what came after it was inferior, even the movies. You specifically mentioned the Phoenix Saga, and I agree, every live-action adaptation they've done sucked.

That local news report reminds me of that one from a decade or so ago where the reporter was reporting on a bear sighting that happened off-camera and he pulls out a cardboard cutout of a bear to demonstrate what maybe happened. It was so ridiculous and there are numerous clips on YouTube of it.
