  1. I've taken many drugs over the course of my life. It's been around 2 years since I've taken any serious or illegal drug and I can 100% say I feel significantly happier and satisfied with myself on a day to day basis. The biggest one for me to overcome now is drinking when going out with friends I havnt seen in a while, I get drunk as a way to numb the social anxiety. But I'm still working on improving that as well.
