If you have to drink alcohol in order to feel comfortable in social parties, it's time to speak to people sober, until you don't even care if you drink at parties or not.

@thetheory6159 What I was referencing here was an extremely summarised version of exposure therapy. However it was definitely a bit of a pretentious comment that left a lot to be desired. However it's also been months since I wrote this, I don't even remember writing it tbh. Thanks for the feedback, although I like to think I generally don't give such basic advice anymore, it's still good to take note of. (Also I'm not a teacher or an expert, I just make YouTube videos lol)
