Excellent content. It's astonishing how half of the world is hysterically obsessed with Germany without any minimally traceable knowledge about its ACTUAL history. This channel is light years ahead of any other "intellectual" discussing history on YouTube

The attention dedicated by this channel to the HRE is truly impressive. I can't get enough of it
10
Average guy: you can't cover every single Medieval European region in-depth as an introduction to further detailed content Schwerpunkt: hold my beer
9
I find it embarrassing that there still "adults" watching channels like Metatron, Shadiversity, King & generals that actually believe to be receiving a military historical education and even root for it. How can it be, seriously, in 2023?
9
We should be all VERY honest about the fact that this is the only ACTUAL history channel worth watching on YouTube
8
You make the single, most accurate Hellenic and Hellenistic warfare on the platform. Congratulations on the 20,000 subscribers!

I just checked and... total shock: you are the only person who made a video of this battle on YouTube. None of the "big" channels did it. I can't believe it: I can't believe the few views, the fact that nobody seems to know... and, as you say, they speak of being Ghibelline. Man, can you make a video denouncing this all? This is serious, it should be brought as an example to some academic conference to illustrate the state of cultural decandence in our world

Very interesting video. I totally agree with you by the way. All these kids on the internet nowadays acting pseudo-puritanically sophisticated about needing to know the sources as if they were going to actually do anything scientific with them. A person who works with history does not need YouTube if not for getting the very sap of historical criticism from experts. Wondering about the reliability of a channel opens the huge question about what the ponderer would able to do even with somebody else's advice (perhaps supposed "historians"', maybe with just a bachelor degree in a second world country) and how willing they are to hear just what fuels their own insecurity. First listening to your entire work is a good idea, secondly trying to learn it, thirdly trying to understadn it, and only and finally complaining if there even were a need.

These videos are so beautiful. They make you feel how it really was
7
This channel is excellent
7
I'm comforted to see that there's finally a channel designed exclusively for educated people
6
The worst is the one who says that according to Schwerpunkt people were better in the past because they were more "educated". Missing the entire point of the channel talking about the massive ups and downs within the background degeneration of moral force and confusing it with the fact that education was better a couple of generations ago as IQs are notoriously going down since the 1970s. This is what scares me: they don't even get the difference between absolute and relative: no wonder they feel hysterically threatened by this content

This channel reconfirms itself as affordable only by an actually intelligent audience. Truly the best
5
Masterpiece. This is the kind of content that we want!
5
Happy 80th D-Day anniversary to all!
5
This content is addictive
4
Thank you for this! God bless Ukraine

While some channels may focus on graphics and such, this particular one takes military analysis and expertise to a whole new level. It is not only more captivating to listen to, but also significantly more valuable in terms of actually understanding the subject matter. Thank you!
4
We're on Schwerpunkt, not Maiorianus
4
It's fantastic to browse your Holy Roman Empire playlist. Never seen such a large amount of properly and in-depth taught history, region by region
4
Thank you for this marvelous content
4
This channel is the single most beautiful thing that I've ever seen. Omg man I'm so glad I found this
4
The reasons I love this channel: 1) It talks about the ACTUALLY important historical topics, not the ones the randos "care" about 2) It gives a dimension and perspective of the reason of such relevance which entails a prepossessed historical culture 3) Unparalleled political and historical analysis beyond any of the pseudo-intellectual dichotomies available 4) It's hard and severe as hell in the objectivity of the moral and historical judgement, which is exactly what the "simplified" history minded types (using an euphemism in here) are hysterically phobic of as it demolishes their house of cards 5) I'm biased here but the pure European history awareness and perspective that the world is in painfully emergentially need of at any moral, personal and cultural level
4
Schwerpunkt is swiftly taking control
4
Beautify. Thank you
4
Your content is truly exceptional
3
Finally a channel that shows how where there's civilization there are banks
3
You're honestly the only person I've ever known that competently knows Italian history
3
Excellent, I can't get enough of these. Have you taught about making a video about the Netherlands during the Italian Wars? I strongly appreciated your last modern warfare video regarding the alleged influence of classical manuals in the development of the Nassaus' army and I'd like to hear the "before" as well. Same for the Early Vasas's you were discussing in the last video about the Swedish army. Rock on!
3
Your Medieval government playlist rocks. Never seen Medieval politics explained in such depth
3
Your Longobard history playlist is an endless pool of academic knowledge. Basically any other channel should clean your shoes
3
Love this. Who doesn't know Medieval Christian history in depth is objectively an ignorant
3
Finally a channel for truly militarily-historically competent people! The normies are definitively not going to afford it
2
The only channel teaching purely academic European culture. Sandroman, Armchair, K&G general being only what at best the under-educated can afford
2
Great point
2
Your expertise is astonishing. This stuff should be taught in ever school
2
This is the kind of military-historical analysis we need, not national-meme videos for mentally disadvantaged people: that's what youtube has entirely become from a long time
2
The only channel explaining in detail what Medieval Germany really was
2
The only channel teaching purely academic European culture. Sandroman, Armchair, K&G general being only what the under-educated can afford
2
Glad to see that Schwerpunkt's thickening his ranks
2
You're the only channel I know covering such topic and especially in this great detail
2
Pearls of pure European culture
1
You make the most insightful Byzantine history content I've ever listened to
1
Finally someone who speaks a propos about Dutch history. Not just as a meme
1
The only channel teaching purely academic European culture. Sandroman, Armchair, K&G general being only what the gravely under-educated can afford
1
Finally a military-historical analysis and not a national-meme for the mentally disadvantaged: that's all what the entirety of Youtube has become
1
The only channel teaching purely academic European culture. Sandroman, Armchair, K&G general being only what the under-educated can afford

Beautiful Florence
1
You're the only person deserving the title of expert on this platform
1
Thank you for talking to us about such important topics in European history. It's almost incredible how in the media space such themes are seemingly non existent and how even your own subscribers do not appear to grasp how lucky they are to have such high level content at their disposal. Culture has been substituted by emotion
