  2. Counterpoint: even George Carlin made the point that talking in terms of "home" obscured the point and made people not see the problem clearly. Also, it's really not strange for academics to change terminology to be more technically correct, which "unhoused" is (along with being the same # of syllables). Why does an academic using precise language herself without policing the language of others upset you so much? That's really weird don't you think?
