  1. Since when do colleges take into account what you did at 16? Oh right, every time they look at your highschool transcript/records, ask about your extracurriculars, etc. I'm sure he's grown some since then, and probably will continue to do so in the future, but please though, tell me more about how this is a special instance of a college digging into a student's past.
