  1. We already know this for a fact. To pluck just one example of many from history, the Irish used to not be considered "white". As long as you can tell 2 people appart in any way, they will try to put one beneath another's heel, because the point IS the brutal heirarchy.

  2. It shouldn't even fill a white person with ease. Just because the police state is more dirrected against black people doesn't mean any except the elites are safe from it.
