  1. Absolutely! The only time that sees any success is when they're not supposed to be fighting in the same area. And for the love of Rome, stop sending courtiers to help generals! They are of no use and usually cause problems with the chain of command. You need one to deliver reinforcements? Fine, but their orders should be "drop off these troops and return" not "bring these troops and help."
