"You know, I just am against the idea of privacy and wanted to create a 'hot or not' site to rank my classmates (and then con it away from my business partner), but when it becomes a tool for fascists (some of whom I hang out with), suddenly I'm the bad guy."

@jake canebrake so, by your logic any product that only adults are allowed to buy should be exempt from truth in advertising laws, or is this just special pleading for your manchild daddy?

Reminder; Facebook started as a "Hot or Not" site that Zuckerberg conned away from his (somehow) less douchey business partner. Zuckerberg is that creepy douchebag you met if you went to college given an absurd amount of social, economic, and political power.

Apparently you have never read the first amendment. (spoilers for a document over 220 years old: it doesn't apply to corporations)

@dennisschmidt975 oh, I was just commenting on what it appeared to be. I can work from the assumption that you are being dishonest or are too stupid to understand the constitution if you would prefer. Btw, there are plenty of situations where you do not have a right to lie. Perjury, slander, and dishonest non-political advertisements can all land you not just on the wrong side of terms of use but on the loosing side of a trial. However, as someone so well acquainted with the boundaries of constitutional law, I'm sure you knew all that too, right?
