HelloKittyFan 26 there's something like 400k miles of road in California. 40k X 400k = $16 billion, and you have to keep replacing it every 7 years (which is SUPER generous IMO) For reference, that would be 10% of all tax revenue for a year, just to have white roads (& wouldn't count things like increased accidents from reduced visibility or more slippery roads or any environmental concerns from whatever they're using)
