  1. The little bright spots aren't technically the same as the floaters. Floaters are junk like mis-folded proteins suspended in the fluid of your eye. The little bright dots are actually white blood cells moving through the capillaries in front of your retina. (Hence why they have different movement patterns than the rest) Now you not only know why you see them, but what you're looking at.
