Me, an American where bleaching/dying hair natural colors is fairly common: "Uhhhhhhhh...yeah, idk either tbf"

I would assume the effect is still there in darker hair colors, if harder to notice. Considering how many people dye/bleach their hair where I live, though (usually natural colors, making it even harder to tell who's hair is their natural color), I can't even say how true it is in America from my experience.

@notksiolijadebt6558 they meant "Indians" as in "People living in/citizens of India, the country" implying they should have seen people from other races/ethnicities there. That said, idk if there's enough of a northern European demographic in India to make blond hair common enough for that to matter, as we're talking about a trait possessed by a minority of a minority that is recessive, so unlikely to show in mixed-race people. Idk if it was a valid point, but you misunderstood it.

My mom was a fairly loud snorer too, but never made a big deal out of it. If you're rejecting the statistics because it is in conflict with your anecdotal experience, the problem is probably with you.

@thecoobs8820 the distinction isn't relevant to this conversation but by some metrics India can be considered a continent. Of course, that's mostly just for geology and would not seperate Europe and Asia but be talking about Eurasia. I don't know of any metric which would list both "India" and "Asia", though, so it doesn't change anything about the conversation. Just sharing a bit of information about there's not just one way to divide up the continents you might find interesting.
