  1. Even if he wasn't military trained he would know what he was doing. Anyone who keeps choking someone 50s after they go limp is just a murderer. Normal people stop whatever they're doing once they notice the other person has gone non-responsive whether it's a chokehold or they're just punching. I'm never going to buy the "I didn't notice him going limp in my arms" BS.
