Wow, that explains why I'm having trouble finding commentary over the full debate (I can't stand listening to the constant lies and misrepresentations without some kind of buffer of a voice of sanity "in the room" with me) The manufacturing of consent is genuinely approaching 1984 levels here.

That only makes sense if M4A only provided coverage equivalent to the current average, but it doesn't; it provides better coverage than any insurance plan I've ever seen. Sorry, but the blatently false presuppositions in that point make it completely idiotic. Did you get that BS from Ben Shapiro or something?

@tohtorrent every other developed country manages to treat every AIDS patient who seeks treatment. Are you saying the US is just inherently incompetent and can never do the things other countries do for about half the cost? Maybe if doctors weren't spending so much time juggling the different paperwork for countless insurance coverage plans they would have more time to actually do their jobs. Ever consider that?
