If they want inclusiveness and a respectful environment, how about they look at the people that think other races are inherently inferior and want to address that with ethnic cleansing (which always means genocide). They are trying to avoid offending people who advocate against the very things they claim they want her to take the sign down to protect. Even if the University didn't have hate crimes recently that would be disgusting. With that recent history, it's so much worse. If someone is trying to silence opposition to Nazism, they're Nazi sympathizers at best.
