  1. If you mean the American people, less and less every day, and far less than it seems at this point. We just have a government that passes legislation with Zero statistical correlation to public opinion (not even a damn placebo effect) meaning we're functionally not a democratic country dispite having elections.

  2. Avrysatos it's like when it comes to healthcare, economies of scale magically don't exist. It couldn't be that everyone arguing against single payer either knows as much about economics as the average Christian knows what's in their bible (spoilers: that's not much) or is lying to exploit suffering for profit, though, so I can't figgure it out. Obviously I must be an idiot /s

  3. While perfectly logical in a literal sense (how early you die doesn't change your funeral costs), that one does hit hard and make people pause which is good.

  4. donHooligan just keep repeating it. It's frustrating, but we're slowly but surely getting to the point where people can recognize that (in many ways) Obama was to the right of Reagan, and called a commie for it, meaning everyone who did so has no grasp on reality.

  5. Better to let her get some experience in Congress and have Bernie run for now. She doesn't seem like the type to get corrupted by the system, so no need to rush her there when we already have some good and more well-known candidates to fight with ...yet.
