  1. While I don't deny what's meant by "white privilege" exists, I find the framing absolutely horrible. Describing it as white privilege only makes sense if whites are both the only ones to receive it and it can't/shouldn't be extended to everyone. What we have isn't "white privilege" but basic human rights, privilege, and decency which are being denied to portions of our population. That framing is not only more accurate, but generates sympathy instead of defensiveness.
